Joseph Mutaboba

Permanent Representative of Rwanda to the United Nations

Joseph Mutaboba is currently the Special Representative of the Secretary-General for Guinea-Bissau and Head of UNIOGBIS, the United Nations Integrated Peace-Building Office in Guinea-Bissau. In addition to his diplomatic career, he has held several high-ranking positions in the Rwandan government. Mutaboba also holds a master's degree in library and information science from the University of North London.
