Special Counsel and Policy Advisor to the U.S. Ambassador-at-Large for War Crimes

Pierre-Richard Prosper is currently a partner at the Los Angeles office of Arent Fox LLP, a prominent American law firm. He was the United States Ambassador-at-Large for War Crimes Issues from 2001 to 2005, and was a war crimes prosecutor at the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda from 1996 to 1998. Prosper is currently a member of the United States Holocaust Memorial Council and the United Nations Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination.
